Red-Eye Reduction
In order to reduce red-eyes caused by the flash of a camera, the function needs to know where to look for the red. To find the location of the red pixels on the image, we used the explore function to manually find the area where the red pixels are located. The locations are represented in X, Y coordinates that are passed to the range functions in the for loops. When the for loops are initiated, an if statement is used with the distance function to return a single number between the two colors being checked (red and black). This number represents the distance that will need to be changed from red to black.
